    格兰富收购约曼斯污水泵公司

    格兰富收购了总部设在美国芝加哥的约曼斯公司，该公司是专业从事污水泵的生产企业。

    约曼斯是一个百年知名企业，产品侧重销售约曼斯泵、芝加哥泵和莫里斯品牌泵，主要集中在废水和污水处理市场领域。它即将成为格兰富北美的业务部门，并由总部设在美国印第安纳波利斯格兰富集团进行监管。

    “我们非常高兴地看到，约曼斯芝加哥公司能够成为格兰富集团的成员，”格伦富集团北美区执行副总裁兼董事会主席索伦索伦森如是说。“格兰富对北美地区的泵市场是很有信心的，过去几年的大量增长已经充分证明可以做的更好。”该公司宣称，收购的目标在于在未来几年内，能够发展成为北美地区市政供水和废水处理领域的领导企业。

    Wastewater pump acquisition for Grundfos


     Grundfos has acquired US-based Yeomans Chicago Corporation, which 
specialises in pumps for wastewater. 

     Yeomans, which has been in operation for more than a hundred
 years, sells products under the Yeomans Pump, Chicago Pump and Morris 
Pumps brands and focuses primarily on the wastewater and sewage markets. 
It will become part of Grundfos’ North American operations and be 
overseen by Grundfos’ Peerless group based in Indianapolis, USA. 

     "We are very pleased that Yeomans Chicago Corporation is now part of 
the Grundfos Group," said Soren Sorensen, group executive vice
 president and chairman of the board of Grundfos North America. "Grundfos 
is confident in the potential of the North American pump market and the 
last years’ significant organic growth has proven to us that there is 
much more to achieve." The company said that with the acquisition it
 aims to become a leading player in the municipal water and wastewater 
business in North America within the coming years.
